BEST OF BUSINESS JOURNAL 2010

Best Radio Station for Business News
KVOR
For the past 72 years, KVOR has provided both business news and talk radio for the Colorado Springs area.

Business Journal readers obviously depend on the station’s news coverage and web site, www.kvor.com. And like the rest of media, the station has its own blog.

Currently, the station employs 23 people, the largest radio news gathering team in the region.

Focusing on both local and national news, KVOR hosts CNBC’s financial news, as well as a local news program by President Financial.

The station also broadcasts programs by conservative favorites Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and Glen Beck.

OPENING AT KVOR & SISTER STATIONS

It is true.. the economy is struggling and there are people out of work. Good people. Talented people. But there IS good news. Here at KVOR and Citadel Communications things are going well and we're actually hiring. Maybe you, or someone you know is a real "go-getter" who is really "buttoned up" and ready to get back to work. You would have a chance to work with me and represent a great station with talent like Rush, Hannity & Beck. If you think this is something you are qualified for and interested in, please contact Darci at 593-2702. Sales experience preferred.

THE FREEDOM CONGRESS

I have been on many stages in front of a lot of people. In my life I have never been so honored and humbled as to share the stage at the Freedom Congress with Lt. Col. Oliver North, Senator Jim DeMint, Gen. Jerry Boykin, and Dr. Stu Weber. Visit freedomcongress.org for more information. The "official" photos of the event which were taken by expert photographer Paul D. deBerjeois. See his other work and contact him at colorbandit.com The photos of listeners were taken by Jarred Rego.
